Police filmed his interrogation and posted the video&nbsp;with a racist soundtrack&nbsp;on pro-government Telegram channels.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Post office employee Larysa Tanka\u0161kur is under arrest again, Viasna said. In early 2021, she served three months in jail for sharing police officers&#8217; data in a protest Telegram chat. After her release, she allegedly forwarded her judge&#8217;s and prosecutor&#8217;s data to <span>Chernaya Kniga Belarusi<\/span> (Eng.: Black Book of Belarus), an online project exposing the identities of security officers who mistreated and brutalized peaceful protesters.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Authorities released Ja\u016dhien Kislejka who had served 18 months of restricted freedom at an open-type correctional facility, as well as Vadzim Chi\u017eniako\u016d and Michai\u0142 Jafimavi\u010d (two and a half years in prison), <span>dissidentby<\/span> reported. All three had served their full sentences on charges widely seen as politically-motivated.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Trials and criminal proceedings\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Authorities fined Viciebsk journalist \u017dana \u017dalevi\u010d 3,200 rubels (about $1,325) for &#8220;picketing in social media,&#8221; Viasna said.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Andrej Ka\u015bciukievi\u010d, 41, will serve two and a half years in home confinement for insulting a public official. He also has to pay 9,500 rubels (about $3,930) in damages to five alleged &#8220;victims.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Former border guard Arciom Saka\u016d, sentenced to 16 years in prison in the high-profile \u201cCichano\u016dski case,\u201d was transferred from the \u0160k\u0142o\u016d penal colony to the Mahilo\u016d prison. He has been held at the colony\u2019s internal prison since August.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t A court sentenced Kry\u015bcina \u010carankova to two and a half years in prison for online comments. Human rights groups declared her a political prisoner.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Serviceman Fiodar Parecki is under a three-month arrest for participation in 2020 protests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Barys Kim received four and a half years in prison on charges of inciting hatred and creating an extremist group.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Authorities sentenced Alaksandr Ajnutdzina\u016d to 25 months in prison for intentions to fight Russia in Ukraine.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Other instances of persecution\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t At least 205 healthcare professionals have lost their jobs for political reasons, the&nbsp;<span>Belye Chalaty<\/span> Telegram channel reported. At least 17 people face criminal charges, with penalties ranging from 18 months of restricted freedom to six years in prison.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t As of November 17, human rights defenders identified at least 1,417 political prisoners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 17, BPN.
