Police can visit them anytime to make sure they comply with the terms of confinement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t The Frunzenski District Court of Minsk will start hearing a case against former Minsk Tractor Plant employee Sviat\u0142ana Sakovi\u010d on November 24. Authorities accuse her of participating in 2020 protests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Authorities charged Andrej Ku\u0142ako\u016d with participating in protests, the Viciebsk branch of Viasna reported. He is known for driving a white-red-white minivan during the 2020 protests. Ku\u0142ako\u016d is currently living abroad.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t 23 added to political prisoners list\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Human rights activists declared 23 more people political prisoners, including Danii\u0142 Ramana\u016d, Maryna Sa\u010dy\u016dka, Artur Sciopa, Andrej \u017damejka, Valeryj Adale\u016dski, Viktar Kule\u0161, Mika\u0142aj \u0141asicki, Maksim Pikun, Michai\u0142 Ba\u0161kata\u016d, Ivan Kiryk, Aleh Pasiuk, Vital Astrejka, Kiryl \u017da\u0142udok, Arthur \u010carnia\u016dski, Andrej Dubro\u016dski, Dzianis Va\u0142\u010dok, Natalla Lacko, Vital U\u0142asievi\u010d, Andrej Chanievi\u010d, Volha Ramancova, Kaciaryna Hulcha\u010dyjeva, Kanstancin Nikanora\u016d, and Mika\u0142aj Kacura.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t As of November 21, human rights defenders identified at least 1,451 political prisoners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 21, BPN.
