It fell by 0.35 percent against the dollar, by 0.23 percent against the Russian ruble, and by 0.71 percent against the euro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> The rubel gained 0.29 percent against the US&nbsp;dollar in October 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 25, BPN.
