At the same time, it rose to 3.9841 per 100 Russian rubles.<\/p>\n<p> Last week (November 21-25), the rubel strengthened by 0.24 percent against the yuan. It fell by 0.35 percent against the dollar, by 0.23 percent against the Russian ruble, and by 0.71 percent against the euro.<\/p>\n<p>The rubel gained 0.29 percent against the US dollar in October 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 1, BPN.
