The defense ministry submitted a proposal giving servicepersons a right to buy rented housing at the apartment\u2019s residual value (not exceeding its market value) after 20 years of service,\u201d \u0160y\u0161o\u016d said.<\/p>\n<p>On December 6, Deputy Prime Minister Anatol Sivak said security forces would be entitled to privatizing their rented apartments for free after 25 years of service.
