The countries that voted against include&nbsp;China, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe. <\/p>\n<p> On November 30, Alaksandr \u0141uka\u0161enka told Russian state-owned news agency <span>Rossiya Segodnya<\/span> that he was planning to visit Crimea, which he described as Russia\u2019s de facto and de jure territory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 16, BPN.
