He is charged with inciting hatred and calling for sanctions on Belarus.<\/p>\n<p> Last autumn, Poczobut refused to petition Alaksandr \u0141uka\u0161enka for pardon. In&nbsp;October the Committee for State Security (KGB) put him on the list of \u201cpersons involved in terrorist activities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There are five defendants in the case.
