The average selling rate went up&nbsp;by 12.84 percent, from 2.4902 to 2.7559.<\/p>\n<p> In 2021, the rubel rose by 1.99 percent against the dollar at cash exchange outlets after falling by 23.94 percent in 2020.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 3, BPN.
