The rate on straight-run gasoline fell from $23.8 to $9.1. The rate on commercial gasoline, diesel oil, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylenes and lubricating oils fell from $12.9 to $5.<\/p>\n<p>The directive came into force on January 1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 4, BPN.
