The rubel remained at 2.8935 against the euro because the European currency has not traded on January 5.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> In 2022, the rubel lost 7.39-percent of its value against the dollar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 5, BPN.
