Investigators suspect&nbsp;\u0141upanosa\u016d, whom they described as \u201ca member of terrorist organization BYPOL,\u201d of high treason, abuse of power and unauthorized copying of data from a computer system. <\/p>\n<p> \u0141upanosa\u016d served with the interior ministry\u2019s Main Directorate for Fight Against Organized Crime and Corruption. He resigned and left the country after the 2020 presidential election. Belarus put him on its list of persons involved in terrorist activities.<\/p>\n<p>A member of the BYPOL association of former security forces, \u0141upanosa\u016d is the 18th person targeted by the committee in&nbsp;special procedures, meaning that a judge is likely to try him in absentia to annul his passport.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 26, BPN.
