A decision to this effect was made by the political committee of CoE\u2019s Parliamentary Assembly, Belarusian opposition leader \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja told the group\u2019s meeting on February 1.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe will cooperate with civil society organizations and political associations and groups. All voices must be heard,\u201d Cichano\u016dskaja said, noting that rotation would allow CoE \u201cto appreciate the diverse opinions of Belarusian political forces.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> A source told <span>BPN<\/span> that Belarusian democratic forces would be represented by the opposition\u2019s cabinet, the Coordination Council, the Viasna Human Rights Center, the Belarusian Association of Journalists (BAJ), feminist groups and other organizations.<\/p>\n<p> CoE would be represented by the Parliamentary Assembly, the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights and other structures.<\/p>\n<p>On February 1, CoE announced an action plan to support Belarusian democratic forces and civil society.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February 1, BPN.
