Alaksandr \u0141uka\u0161enka admitted that Belarus participated in Russia&#8217;s war on Ukraine, but said it was &#8220;not killing anyone.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Authorities in Minsk denied Belarusian army troops\u2019 involvement in combat operations on the Russian side.
