It climbed 1.04 percent against the Russian ruble.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> The Belarusian currency strengthened by 3.27 percent against the dollar in January following a 7.39 percent plunge against the greenback in 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February 17, BPN.
