The administration supposedly punished Lubian\u010duk for \u201cviolating internal regulations\u201d while he was in quarantine.<\/p>\n<p> Lubian\u010duk was arrested on May 26, 2022 in the village of Kryvi\u010dy near I\u016dje, where he was engaged in restoration of his region\u2019s historical and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n<p> On October 27, the Minsk City Court sentenced him to three years in prison. Judge Alena Anani\u010d convicted him of membership in an extremist group.<\/p>\n<p> On January 24, the Supreme Court rejected his appeal against sentence.<\/p>\n<p>From Lubian\u010duk\u2019s letters, activists learned that his health deteriorated significantly in detention.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February 22, BPN.
