He graduated from an oil technical school in Navapo\u0142ack, and then worked as a mechanic at an oil refinery.<\/p>\n<p> In 1976, he graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Theater and Arts, now the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, and became an actor of the Belarusian Republican Theater for Young Audiences.<\/p>\n<p> In 1992-2002, Dudara\u016d was the editor in chief of the <span>Mastactva <\/span>magazine. He later worked as artistic director of the Belarusian Army\u2019s Drama Theater.<\/p>\n<p>He wrote plays, short stories, fairy tales and movie scripts.
