Judge Kaciaryna Mura\u0161ka presided over the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p> Police arrested D\u017amitryje\u016d on January 11. A few days later, the Investigative Committee accused him of participating in the 2020 protests in Minsk.<\/p>\n<p> The politician allegedly crossed Belarus\u2019 border a total of 599 times, 33 times after 2020. D\u017amitryje\u016d\u2019s contacts with Westerners and the USA \u201cmay indicate coordination of his \u2018political\u2019 activities from abroad,\u201d the investigators said, noting that he \u201cwas in contact with the US Department of State and its former head Hillary Clinton.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> D\u017amitryje\u016d, 41, run for president in 2020.
