{"id":46668,"date":"2023-04-29T12:28:07","date_gmt":"2023-04-29T09:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/api.pozirk.online\/articles\/three-foreign-agents-and-three-belarusians-listed-as-political-prisoners\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:29:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:29:13","slug":"three-foreign-agents-and-three-belarusians-listed-as-political-prisoners","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/46668\/","title":{"rendered":"Three foreign &#8220;agents&#8221; and three Belarusians listed as political prisoners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>April 29, <span>BPN.<\/span><\/b> Belarusian human rights organizations labeled six more people as political prisoners.<\/p>\n<p> In a statement released yesterday, they listed three foreign nationals convicted of covert intelligence work: Pole Jerzy \u017bywalewski (four years behinds bars) and Ukrainians Mykhailo Stoliarchuk (six years) and Dmytro Hudyk (five years).<\/p>\n<p> They also pointed to Siamion Aku\u0142a, who was sentenced to two-and-a-half years for a public order offence and inaccurate financial reporting.<\/p>\n<p> Rus\u0142an \u0141abanok, sentenced to 11 years for bribery and high treason, and underaged Arciom Vajciachovi\u010d, taken into custody in case of extortion, were also declared political prisoners. <\/p>\n<p> The statement was signed by the Viasna Human Rights Center, Lawtrend, Barys Zvozska\u016d Human Rights House, Human Constanta, Belarusian PEN and Pravavaja Inicyjatyva.<\/p>\n<p> The human rights groups demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners and an end to reprisals against citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Human rights defenders identified at least 1,499 political prisoners as of today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>April 29, BPN.
