He also led Viciebsk\u2019s organization Self-Government and Society.<\/p>\n<p> \u017dalapa\u016d ran for parliament, organized awards and events in honor of writer Vasil Byka\u016d, and staged an&nbsp;individual prayer event for protest&nbsp;victims in&nbsp;2020.<\/p>\n<p>He was praised by his allies as a generator of ideas, a creator and a mover of numerous public initiatives in Viciebsk.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>May 15, BPN.
