Some federations followed this advice, while others banned them completely.<\/p>\n<p> World Taekwondo allowed some Belarusians and Russians to enter its tournaments under the neutral flag last month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>May 23, BPN.
