CEO Aleh Barysienka said&nbsp;the proposed tariffs are \u201ccompetitive\u201d and \u201clower\u201d than those set by Ukrainian and Kazakh oil transport operators.<\/p>\n<p> The Russian newspaper <span>Kommersant <\/span>reported that Belarus missed out on revenue&nbsp;from the transit of Russian oil through the northern line of the Druzhba pipeline after Europe imposed sanctions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 1, BPN.
