Rubnikovi\u010d was and remains the rector of Belarusian State Medical University. Skryba serves as deputy&nbsp;rector at Belarus State Economic University. <\/p>\n<p> Last week, <span>BPN<\/span> reported that the EU\u2019s top court rejected a lawsuit by&nbsp;Alaksandr \u0160akucin, a Belarusian tycoon sanctioned in December 2020.
