We focused on forming it, preparing for martial law tasks, and implementing them in the administrative territory,&#8221; it said.<\/p>\n<p> During the exercise, the militia unit guarded and defended territorial defense facilities and combated &#8220;enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups,&#8221; as well as &#8220;illegal armed groups.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> A similar training camp is being held in the Salihorsk district, Minsk region, from June 27 to July 21&nbsp;to reservists&nbsp;for tasks relating to their &#8220;military registration specialties and official functions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Last month, the lower house of the Belarusian National Assembly passed the bill &#8220;On the People&#8217;s Volunteer Corps,&#8221; authorizing members of volunteer units&nbsp;to use physical force and weapons.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 28, BPN.
