Most real estate purchases were recorded in Vilnius and its surroundings as well as in the \u0160al\u010dininkai district with growing communities of Belarusians.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Lithuania is a top destination for Belarusians who flee politically-motivated persecution at home. In April, Lithuanian migration authorities said they issued over 55,000 residence permits to Belarusian nationals.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t In 2022, Belarusians purchased a total of 185 apartments, 29 houses and 89 plots of land in Lithuania.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 26, BPN.
