All except Zo\u0142atava and \u010cekina were released later after agreeing to cooperate with investigators.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t On March 17, the Minsk City Court sentenced Zo\u0142atava and \u010cekina to 12 years in prison on charges of inciting hatred, calling for sanctions and tax evasion.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Former <span>Tut.by <\/span>editor Volha \u0141ojka, journalist Alena Ta\u0142ka\u010dova and lawyer Kaciaryna Tka\u010denka did not show up for the trial and are now on the wanted list.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Tut.by team left Belarus in July 2021 to launch <span>Zerkalo.io<\/span>, a news website that largely follows in the footsteps of the original media outlet. Belarus and Russia have blocked access to it. On top of that, Belarus declared it extremist content.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t In June, \u0141ojka launched her own media project <span>Plan B<\/span>.
