It rose 1.91 percent against the euro and 0.11 percent against the ruble.<\/p>\n<p> The Belarusian currency lost 10.88 percent of its value against the dollar in the first six months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>July 31, BPN.
