{"id":5266,"date":"2023-10-15T20:47:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-15T17:47:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/api.pozirk.online\/?post_type=articles&#038;p=5266"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:40:57","slug":"government-adopts-procedure-for-reporting-threats-to-transport-infrastructure","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/5266\/","title":{"rendered":"Government adopts procedure for reporting threats to transport infrastructure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>October 15,\u00a0<em>Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The Council of Ministers has adopted the &#8220;procedure for reporting threats and cases of illegal interference with transport infrastructure facilities and vehicles,&#8221; the National Legal Internet Portal reported yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government directive, dated October 9, affects &#8220;all carriers and transport infrastructure entities&#8221; except those related to civil aviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It requires them to report the threats of bombing, hostage-taking, control disruption and other dangers to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, which must forward the information to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Committee for State Security (KGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The directive was issued four days after engineering structures near the Aziary\u0161\u010da train station were reportedly damaged by an explosion. They were frequently used to load and unload military equipment, according to the dissident Community of Railway Workers of Belarus. The incident was also confirmed by Alaksandar Azara\u016d, who coordinates the opposition Victory Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belarusian opposition leader \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja said the explosion could have been organized by &#8220;railway guerrillas.&#8221; These acts of sabotage have been ongoing since Russia invaded Ukraine and show that Belarusians have not given up, she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media reported that authorities increased security on the railway.
