In February 2021, the city authorities evicted the congregation from the building, a former barn renovated by the community. Parishioners prayed in the streets and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In August, Han\u010darenka was jailed for defying police orders. A Minsk court also blacklisted Instagram posts and a YouTube video by the New Life Church as extremist content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under current law, activities of unregistered or outlawed religious communities can be punished by a prison sentence of up to two years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 2, Pozirk.
