He allowed only organizations and sole proprietors to do so for their business or professional services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The move came months after, a drone attack damaged a Russian early warning and control aircraft at a military airfield in Ma\u010duli\u0161\u010dy, Minsk district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The edict tales effect on March 25, the BRC warned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 13, Pozirk.
