It gained 0.3 percent against the Russian currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Belarusian currency lost 13.82 percent of its value against the dollar from January to November.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 14, Pozirk.
