The Russian foreign ministry issued the statement ahead of tomorrow&#8217;s talks between the two countries&#8217; senior diplomats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants in the joint board meeting in Moscow will discuss political and economic cooperation with Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, the Russian ministry said. The officials are expected to sign documents such as the Union State&#8217;s foreign policy plan for 2024\u20132026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On October 24, Russian media quoted Alaksandar \u0160pako\u016dski of the Belarusian embassy in Moscow as saying that his country had \u201csignificantly intensified contacts\u201d with the peninsula.
