They are formed of persons who had military training and are currently in the reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In late May, Defense Minister Viktar Chrenin announced that territorial defense &#8220;is being transformed from a support system into a full-fledged combat one.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 18, Pozirk.
