The average selling rate grew by 16.67 percent from 2.7559 to 3.2154.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, the rubel weakened by 5.93 percent against the dollar as cash exchange offices after a rise by 1.99 percent in 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 2, Pozirk.
