He graduated from the Ulyanovsk Guards Higher Tank Command School and the military academies in Belarus and Russia, according to the CSTO website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to his appointment to the CSTO, he headed the Military Academy of Belarus for five years. Before that, he headed the Belarusian Armed Forces&#8217; Research Institute and the Minsk Suvorov Military School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CSTO is a military alliance comprising Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>December 3, Pozirk.
