It rose 1.4 percent against the European currency and 0.21 percent against the Russian ruble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Belarusian currency lost 16.12 percent of its value against the dollar in 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 23, Pozirk.
