Scammers also reportedly used phone calls to persuade people to install malicious software to gain access to their bank accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The groups&#8217; leaders are mostly based in Russia, the official added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past year, the number of phishing crimes committed in Belarus fell 10-fold, Sudnikovi\u010d noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identity theft and attacks on websites are among the most common cybercrimes, the official said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 18, Pozirk.
