February 15, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> The online dating app Tinder has stopped working in Belarus, the US owner Match Group said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This afternoon, users in the country could not download the app from App Store and Google Play, Pozirk<\/em> confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou will not be able to use Tinder services or log into your account in Belarus from February 15,\u201d Match Group said in the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A month ago, Tinder users were warned that the app was leaving the country. Match Group did not elaborate on the reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June 2023, Tinder suspended operations in Russia, citing human rights concerns and the Kremlin\u2019s war against Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least 150 companies, brands and online services have pulled out of Belarus after it helped Russia invade Ukraine. They include McDonald\u2019s, Airbnb, Western Union, and other big names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
