February 18, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Andrej Danko, deputy speaker of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, has said that his Slovak National Party (SNS) will suggest restoring cooperation with Russia and Belarus “at the parliamentary level.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SNS wants the parliament to have good relations with all countries, he said on Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interparliamentary communication is an important prerequisite for understanding an cooperation, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier this month, the deputy speakers of the Slovak parliament, \u013dubo\u0161 Blaha and Andrej Danko, met with Belarusian Ambassador Andrej Dapkiunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dapkiunas called the Slovak lawmakers \u201csincere friends of Belarus who always act in the interests of true friendship between peoples.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
