It fell 1.38 percent against the Russian ruble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Belarusian currency lost 1.95 percent against the dollar in February.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 1, Pozirk.
