There are three whales, three growth drivers that allow us to advance. These are efficiency, import substitution, and export,&#8221; \u0141uka\u0161enka said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For other mineral resources, the picture is not as optimistic as for potassium chloride and oil, he continued.
