Families of people imprisoned on politically-motivated charges or former prisoners, who had not received any support from BySol in 2022-2023, could apply for assistance, the activist noted. Applicants who had previously received BySol help for their children can also apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On October 13, the transition cabinet said it transferred over \u20ac230,000 collected during the online solidarity marathon to the initiatives and organizations assisting political prisoners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In late July, the fundraiser for political prisoners collected over \u20ac574,000 in donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In early October, Belarusian authorities filed criminal charges of financing extremism against the organizers and participants of the marathon, including opposition leader \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja and Volha Harbunova of the transition cabinet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 23, Pozirk.
