It was 2.93 percent and eighth place in January-August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kazakhstan led with 7.2 percent, followed by Kyrgyzstan with 5.7 percent and Uzbekistan with 5.13 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukraine had 3 percent, Latvia and Lithuania 1.8 percent, and Azerbaijan 1.4 percent. Consumer prices were flat in Georgia and declined by 2.3 percent in Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The average inflation rate for the period was 3.17 percent, compared with 13.62 percent in January-September last year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 23, Pozirk.
