And the leaders of the Armed Forces should show in practice how specific military units should be used,&#8221; the minister said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Western Operational Command deputy commander, D\u017amitryj Bitny, the participants will learn &#8220;new ways to train personnel,&#8221; which they will later &#8220;incorporate into the combat training system.&#8221; He noted that Belarusian soldiers are being guided by Russia&#8217;s experience in Ukraine, absorbing &#8220;relevant tactical methods.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;First of all, these are assault on strongholds, delivery of fire, including from infantry fighting vehicles and closed firing positions, and individual training on self-organization and autonomy,&#8221; Bitny said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities in Minsk support Russia, which started the full-scale war against Ukraine on February 24, 2022, but emphasize that the Belarusian army is not involved in the fighting.
