New appointments in the administration should help refocus and build a stronger structure, the Belarusian ruler said, noting the need to &#8220;put in order all the media.&#8221; He also suggested that Piarco\u016d set up a corresponding committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piarco\u016d holds degrees from the Viciebsk State University and the Academy of Management. Before his appointment as information minister, he worked at regional broadcasters and headed the Belarusian branch of Russia&#8217;s <em>Mir <\/em>TV channel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>April 8, Pozirk.
