Capka\u0142a said the apartment was owned by his wife and two kids, while the auction platform said it was owned by the exiled politician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One year ago, exiled Capka\u0142a was given 17 years in prison without being present at the trial. The judge found him guilty of extremism and other alleged crimes.
