keeps falling against all major currencies at BCSE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>August 31,&nbsp;<em>BPN<\/em>.<\/strong>&nbsp;The rubel has depreciated to 3.2291 against the US dollar at the August 31 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also fell to 3.5 per euro, 4.4223 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.3509 per 100 Russian rubles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week (August 21 \u2013 25), the rubel fell 1.36 percent against the greenback and 1.76 percent against the yuan but rose 0.91 percent against the euro and 0.31 percent against the Russian currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Belarusian currency lost 10.58 percent of its value against the dollar from January to
