Nitrocellulose is an important component of smokeless gunpowder and ammunition propellant, and has already been regulated by the United States and the European Union, the ministry said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On February 8, Taiwan&#8217;s economy ministry announced restrictions on the supply of 77 types of machine tools to Belarus and Russia.
