June 8, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Over 130 types of imported equipment, components and spare parts are now exempt from VAT, according to a list approved by the Council of Ministers on June 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It includes plastic products, boilers, furnaces, turbine parts, engines, pumps, compressors, cooling equipment, machine tools, railway locomotives and even electric irons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The list, published<\/a> on the National Legal Internet Portal yesterday, also contains the Eurasian Economic Union’s product codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was adopted after Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka signed Edict No. 77 “On Exemption from Value Added Tax” earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
