June 21, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan have talked about “the situation of Belarusian men and women in Armenia, specifically about not handing Belarusian nationals over to the regime,” at a meeting in Vilnius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 20, the press office of the Belarusian politician reported that the parties discussed “the political situation in Belarus, Armenia and the region,” as well as “cooperation between the democratic forces and the government, parliament and civil society of Armenia.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The peoples of Armenia and Belarus deserve a free, democratic and European future,” Cichano\u016dskaja stressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Armenian government has not posted any reports about the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was the second meeting between Cichano\u016dskaja and Mirzoyan. Meeting with him and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Granada in October, the opposition leader voiced her support for the Armenians in connection with an Azerbaijani offensive on Nagorno-Karabakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
