It provides for the transfer of convicts to serve their sentences in their home countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accord was signed during Prime Minister Raman Ha\u0142o\u016d\u010danka&#8217;s visit to the Southeast Asian\u00a0country in December.
